We were here on Christmas. Although you would be disappointed with the hotel exterior, you would be surprised that the rooms are actually value for money. The bed is comfortable and we could see the peak from our room. As for breakfast, try the burger or the porridge but give the noodles a miss.
Locality is great as we are just opposite Times Square, Causeway Bay. MTR station is very nearby and if you want to visit the wet market (selling fresh live seafood and vegatables), it is just across the road at Sharp Street. I suggest you visit the wet market and see how the locals bargain while buying seafood. Very interesting sight!I love watching the live seafood jumping in front of you. Walk further down after the market and come to Morrison Street. Turn right and you will see a tea house named kiong Kee. They sell fantastic roast goose (almost as good as the famous Yong Kee at Central but at only a fraction of its price).
The stall beside the tea house selling 'yu dan' (spicy fishballs) is a must-try too.
