My husband and I stayed in the Fleming hotel for 3 nights in January 2007. We thought the hotel was great. It was uber-trendy and minimalist in design, but our room was large (especially the bathroom) and comfortable. The room also had a huge bed, big flat-screen TV, and basic kitchen facilities too.
I would describe this as a small 'boutique' hotel as there were only 6 rooms per floor. The staff we encountered were friendly, and the location of the hotel was also good (a few minutes' walk to the nearest underground station and to the ferry).
The only minor complaint was that the breakfast room was pretty small (although this wasn't a problem for us as the hotel didn't seem too full) and the choice at breakfast wasn't huge (although was certainly more than adequate).
If I were going back to Hong Kong, I would like to stay at the Fleming again.
