Excellent food buffets for breakfast and dinner, rooftop heated pool, like a Grecian villa, exercise room, and comfy bed, a rarity in Asia where hard beds are everywhere. By going directly to the hotels website, and checking back, I got a screaming deal. For Breakfast you sit in a large glassed in area. Hotel saved us a bundle on taxi to the airport by negotiating with taxi for us.

I stayed here with my partner on the way back from Australia. We didn't arrive until about Midnight, but there was still lots going on in the bar area (a very funny singing act).

All the staff through-out the stay were really helpful and friendly.

They do have an early-ish check out, and as we hadn't arrived until so late, we would have had to pay another day just to stay in the room for an extra couple of hours.

The pool is small, but nice and a good sized gym. The bedroom was clean, small, but nice. As mentioned, we weren’t really in it for very long, but it was perfect for a quick stay.

Good location, we walked both up to Mong Kok with no problems (a great temple is just up from the hotel) and also down to the Star Ferry port.

Would definitely stay here again.

For 70 bucks a night through Priceline, the Eaton was an excellent deal. However, Priceline rates this as a 4* hotel. It clearly isn't unless you are staying in a club room and I wouldn't pay even the Expedia rate.

The public areas are attractive and clean. The brand new Japanese restaurant is very good and we enjoyed breakfast in the coffee shop each morning where the food is reasonably priced, the staff charming and there are free internet terminals.

The room was very small as other reviewers have stated and also rather worn. However, it was clean and if you are out a lot as we were it doesn't matter.

The Eaton is conveniently located on busy Nathan Road and 5 minutes walk from Jordan MTR station which is just 1 stop from Tsim Sha Tsui.

My friend and I stayed here happily for a week before moving to the vastly superior sister hotel Langham Place where my husband was attending a conference.

Stayed at the Eaton for 4 nights in February. We had booked a Club room and were very pleased. With free wireless internet and free hot breakfast and two hours of free drinks per day the E-Club offers fantastic value.

The staff are as helpful as it's possible to get, they sorted out of China Visa's and got them returned in 6 Hours! Food and room service were exceptional.

Overall a great hotel in a fantastic location and a hotel team second to none!
