I stayed 2 days at this hotel & moved to Four Seasons for 1 night to be nearer to the HK station. So I have the advantage of a direct comparison (please see my other review on Four Seasons).
SERVICE. The service in this hotel is even better than Four Seasons. The staff is more experienced and confident. For example, I spoke to a concierge pertaining recommendations for a Chinese restaurant. The next day, when I was asking some other questions at the concierge, the previous day's concierge came over to asked if I had my previous day's search was resolved. I was impressed at his memory !!
TECHNOLOGY. The curtains, doorbell, signages (eg. Do not disturb & Please make up room) are fully automated and can be activated at the press of a button. The digital clock is strategically positioned such that it's easy to glanced at when standing and from the bed.
LOCATION. It's located at Pacific Place where you have access to Admiralty Station. Although the furthest hotel to the MTR (compared to Conrad & Shangri-la), it is still extremely convenient to the station as well as the mall.
Considering I did not have a habourview room (compared to Four Seasons) for this stay, I still rate this hotel better value for money than Four Seasons. The Marriot's fruit tray has more variety compared to only apples at Four Seasons.
