We only stayed for one night, but really liked this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. Room was a decent size and very clean. Baby cot was of a good standard (probably the best we have had in a hotel) and they left out some baby toiletries, bottles, cup etc. which was a nice thought. Room service food was fine and the breakfast was fantastic! We booked an executive room and were allowed to use the facilities until we left at 8.30pm the day we checked out which was very much appreciated. We would definately go back.

The room was spotless, large and comfortable - I like the Westin heavenly beds in general, and this one was a nice change after our week in Bhutan.

The executive lounge was ok - I preferred the one at the Millenium Hilton for food selection and ambiance, however. Internet was extremely slow, but free. You get what you pay for.

Hotel is extremely handy for the sky train and underground - apart from that not much else around. Did not use the hotel restaurants - too many other eating choices in Bangkok.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in thailand, the location was more than good, once you leave the hotel you will see the skytrain, underground and alots of tuktuks right in front of you! the room was great, the bathroom was super clean, and the house keeper was nice, she left us a letter with her handwriting wishing us a happy marriage and alots of nice wishes, it was long letter :) ....with delioucoes choclate cake, red roses , fresh orchids everywhere at the room.

Do not come here expecting 5 star. It is far from it and a dissapointment.
The rooms are OK, the rest of the hotel is not.
Room service food - got my order wrong and did fix it but the food was terrible.
Dry Cleaning. Lost an expensive Hugo Boss top. The laundry guy has large trouble understanding that he lost it.

The location appears to be OK if you wish to catch the skytrain ( right next door) to go shopping as there is limited shopping nearby
Service is OK but I mean just OK. This is a very far cry from 5 star hotels in say Singapore or Dubai.
Would I stay here again? NO WAY
