The Sheraton Grande is a truly 5* hotel located within the new center of Bangkok. The rooms and Suites are very comfortable, the service outstanding (i.e. concierge) and the food exelent. But the best of this hotel is the outdoor pool area of Bangkok at the 3rd floor. When you lay at the pool you'll forget that you're in Bangkok and start to think that you're somewhere at the beach. In contrast within 5 minutes you can leave the hotel at ground floor and you're on Sukhumvit road. Also breakfast, either huge buffet or outdoor at the pool, is great. I stayed at this hotel more than 25 times and can really recommend it for both, business and holiday.

It is a great hotel I ever been. The service is more than excellent where the staff are so polite. Extremely quick and flash check in like a movie. I will travel soon to BKK and will stay Sheraton. What else can I say it is connected to the Sky Train I never see the street.

Everything is excellent at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit: from the smiles you get from the staff as soon as you walk through the door to the small details in your room that make your stay a memorable one.

Reception staff is nice, efficent and friendly.
The rooms are large, with many toiletries and amenities. Every detail counts and everything will exceed your expectations, from the Shoe Shine to the Laundry delivery.

The Food and Beverage outlets offer you great options and the choices are different. You should be able to find something that suits your appetite at that particular moment.

The Health Club is very well equipped and the changing rooms are better equipped than any private Health Club you might find anywhere in the world.

The Pool area is magnificent, with an actual Pool covered with trees and flowers that blossom right above your head and give an amazing scent to the whole area.

I must say it truly is an oasis within the Bangkok galore.
They make you feel like at home and that is a lot to say.

Needless to say I will try my best to stay there again next time I am in Bangkok.

The Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit is an outstanding hotel in every sense. The check-in is friendly and helpful. The staff is magnificent across the board. The facilites are excellent. The fitness center is immaculate and well equiped. the pool area is wonderful. The lounges and restaurants have an excellent selection and the food and drinks are reasonably priced and of high quality. I stay in Bangkok 3 or 4 times a year and have tried most of the top major hotels. For business travellers who are looking for the best possible accomodations and do not need the view of the river outside their window, this hotel has my highest recommendation. I have stayed there the last 3 times in Bangkok and it will remain my first choice.
