We stayed at Wingate Inn at Six Flags past weekend when visiting Six Flags. The hotel is a walking distance from the park and offered free parking that saved us $15. It is a newer hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds and all the amenities that one would want in a room- including safe, microwave and fridge. The pool was closed because of the weather but the hotel had free Jacuzzi- which was just great. In the morning they served buffet breakfast with fresh hot waffels, sausage, eggs etc which kids throughly enjoyed. Staff was fine and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I think it was one of the best value!

Booked a room after reading review. Room subpar, not worth rate charged. Room not clean, breakfast subpar, sheets and towels dirty. Would not recommend, would not stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel, and very well kept. The room was in excellent condition and very clean. The property is within walking distance to Six Flags, and you can stay parked at the hotel, and avoid the 15.00 parking charge at Six Flags.

The breakfast buffet was fair. Not that great, just fair.

I would stay here again on another trip to Six Flags.

I chose the Wingate for my overnight trip to Six Flags this past summer because of the reviews on this website and the pictures available on the website compared to the other hotels in the area. I wasn't dissapointed! The hotel room was a good size and it was very clean. It must be a newer hotel. It was the closest hotel to Six Flags and you could leave your car in the hotel parking lot so you don't have to pay for Six Flags parking. (By the way: the hotel parking lot is WAY closer to the entrance than the actual Six Flags parking.) I definately recommend this hotel for your Six Flags vacation!
