Stayed for 8 days over Thangsgiving week. They had a reduced staff but everyone there was great. Had a great room and the service was very good. Had several meals in the restraurant and all was good. Buffet was a little tiring after 8 days with very little change. But would recommend to anyone staying in the area. There are a lot of choices for food close by and the prices a lot lower than staying around the airport. Was one of my best stays of the year and I have spent over 75 days in 2007 in hotels.

This was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The rooms were nice and roomy, beds were comfortable and the pillows were so nice. The hotel offers airport shuttle and shuttles to anywhere within 5 miles. Though they were busy, they went out of their way and arranged it so that I could get a shuttle in the morning to go shopping and come back. The ride to the airport was nice and the driver, named Michael, was telling stories and keeping us entertained. The customer service is the best I have been to and the ambiance of the lobby was very nice. The only downfall is that after a certain time, no airport shuttle was available so we were stuck with a taxi cab ride, costing $60. You won't be disappointed with this hotel!

I enjoyed our stay here. The rooms and service were great. The a/c -heater system only seemed to have one setting, which wasn't really a problem while we were there, but would have been if the weather was not as warm. It was an excellent value. I would stay again. I did not see it before renovations, but it was very tastefully decorated and professionally serviced.

When I arrived at the hotel I asked if it is possible to have tow room at the same floor and that it is better to be connected. The front desk staff gave me one room at the second floor and the other one in the 5th floor. They promise me to change it I the next day but when I came to them next day (after waiting in a long line) they told me there is no available room and I got another answer from another assistances later that moving to other room is not allowed!.

The other point is the cleanliness of the room, when I returned back to my room the bed was not prepared well, the pillows looks like it was just thrown up. I found a red spots at the bath when I arrived left unclean during my stay 3 nights from 7. When I called the room service about it and about requesting a plastic bag for the ice the answer me by saying: “is that all you calling about” and nothing happen and no one come to the room.
