Not sure if I would stay here again...
My girlfriend and I attepted to stay here for 5 nights June 20-25, 2008. We arrived early and checked in around 11:30am or so.
Upon walking in, we found a clean room which looked nice and smelled pleasant. No problems appeared as of yet. We were in room #205.
However, we both took showers and found DANGEROUS problems with it. The shower water was tempermental and would change from cold to BURNING HOT by itself. There was no "middle" or "warm". It would change suddenly and could have seriously injured us. We reported the problem to the front desk and they supposedly put in a "fix-it" ticket for the next business day. They offered to have us switch rooms, but we decided to hold off to see if this got fixed by the next morning.
We came back LATE the next day after disneyland around 11:30pm to find that no one fixed our shower. It was still BURNING HOT. Seems like no one took us seriously about this issue. We switched rooms to #152 to find a shower that had only FREEZING COLD water. It's almost midnight and It seems like were playing a game called "switch rooms". We were very tired and exhausted... definitely not in the mood to change rooms all night until we found a magic shower. I asked for my contract to end and told them I was going to stay elsewhere. My girlfriend and I were stuck paying for the 1 night we were there and we went to the marriott.
HOWEVER, i was not mad at anyone specifically. This is a shower problem, not a person problem. The staff was helpful and kind. Very nice to deal with. They said I was the only one having these issues. Guess I had the ONLY 2 rooms in the place with water problems? Anyways, the front desk attendant didnt want to lose my business and offered for me to change rooms again and give me a discount for my stay, but I was losing confidence really quick. He finally gave in and let me leave to go somewhere else.
The parking spaces were fine and I never got a chance to try the breakfast. This place had "half" pillows which was amusing; never seen that before. The internet worked good and everything else was great. I doubt I would stay at this particular property again because of the issues. My issue is VERY similar to a review on here from Jan 21, 2007. Doesn't seem like the issue was fixed...
Anyways, overall this place would have been fantastic had the showers worked fine. It was a great price, not too far from Disneyland and seemed like a great deal. If anything, I hope the shower gets fixed and doesnt seriously hurt someone in the future.

WATER PROBLEMS
We have two buildings, and one of the buildings had water problems with maintaining consistent water temperature. We found out that someone had shut off the valves to the hot water expansion chamber and the recirculating pump which caused the water fluctuations. Since discovering the closed valves, and after cleaning out the water heaters, the problem has been solved.
The other building was unaffected. Unfortunately, I failed to communicate to all staff while we were trying to solve the issues that the other building was unaffected. When the guest was moved rooms, he was moved into a different room, but in the same building that was having the water issues.
JANUARY 2007
I came into management September 2007, and at that time the recirculating pump was not functioning properly. After discovering the problem my first month, I had the pump replaced and we have had no problems until recently, about the time of this guest's stay.
