The Centra is a real find. We stayed for two nights on our arrival in NZ and because it was a great place to stay, booked in for our final night in NZ before returning home.

The room was very comfortable and quiet with modern furnishings and the breakfasts were superb!! The restaurant is also great.

The hotel is only a short ride from the airport so that is a bonus too!

finally we found a good place to stay close to Auckland Airport!

We loved this hotel! The rooms are fabulous - comfortable and beautiful furnished. The shower was powerful and hot and the bed massive and sooo comfortable.

Would definitely stay here again if I needed a hotel close to the airport.

We stayed at Centra for 3 nights as a combined buffet breakfast package. The rooms were very nicely renovated with a comfy bed and a new LCD TV, the room had a split system heating and cooling unit, which was needed for our stay.
We did have trouble with our room card, but that was fixed very quickly. They also double charged us for breakfast which was part of our room rate, but again that was fixed quickly. Overall the room was very nice for the price paid, however the staff that we came across seemed like they were in training. They were very friendly, but didn't seem equally matched to the standards of the room. In saying that though we would definately stay here again given the chance.
