“Wonderful time”

Myself and husband arrived 26th November to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday, we stayed on the 33rd floor and had a wonderful room fantastic bathroom with lovely views of Farm Cove. We were upgraded and had the opportunity of having breakfast and drinks in the Jamison Club Lounge which was wonderful, the staff in the club lounge were excellant especially Summer, she could not be more helpful. Equally the staff on the front desk, porters and cleaning staff always had a smile, the hospitality was excellant. The hotel was in a good position for the Rocks area and Circular Quays and about a 15 minute walk to Cockle Bay and Darling Harbour, we would most positively return to this hotel it was first class.

Great hotel in the Sydney CBD. My wife and I stayed in a Jamison Club room on the 34th Floor. Jamison Club well worth it, great breakfasts every morning and wine/champagne in the afternoon. Staff very friendly. Very close to Circular Quay and the Rocks. Great bed and nice large bathroom

My friend and I booked a deluxe room for 5 nights. Luckily, we received a free upgrade to a Club Jamison room. Staying in this room entitled us to a complimentary breakfast at the Club room and free wine and canapes in the evening.
The hotel is in a great area - 5 minutes walk to Ciruclar Quay, The Rocks and Darling Harbour just a bit further. The food in the main restuarant, the Charr, was excellent - we had a wonderful sirloin steak for around $30 and top service from all the staff.
The concierge staff have a nice touch of opening the main hotel doors for you arriving and leaving.
The hotel has an indoor pool, jacuzzi and spa - heavenly after a day of walking around town and again lovely views over the city.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be near the shops and main tourist areas.

We stayed in Oct 2007. We chose a weekend package which was excellent value- room with water views, seafood buffet and club breakfast. The food at dinner and breakfast was really amazing. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel to others.

I think we first stayed at this hotel in December 2005 when it was still under Rydges management. Not much has changed since then, still received friendly service from the staff and a clean and comfortable room.

The room was comfortable, everything looked like it was in good condition. The bath was nice and big. We really liked the curtains/blinds in the room, unlike some hotels we've stayed in, this room had a really thick roller blind which went all the way to the sides and to the bottom and therefore blocked all the morning sun which allowed us to sleep-in.

The only thing that was a little annoying was that one of the cleaning staff came and knocked on our door at 9AM thinking we had checked out already, that was not the best way to wake up.

We booked our stay through the Hotelclub website. (You get pretty much the same pricing from Hotelclub,Lastminute and Wotif). I would gladly stay at this hotel again.
