My boyfriend and I have just returned home after a memorable weekend in Glenbeigh and The Towers Hotel!

The Hotel was spotless, the food terrific, the service was outstanding, but most of all the staff were amazing. The rooms are unique and our room opened out onto a beautiful garden. After a delicious four course meal in the dining room we sat by the piano drinking Irish coffees and chatted to the barman who advised us to go to the public bar where all the locals were enjoying the traditional band. It was a night to remember!!

The next morning we thought we had missed breakfast as it was almost afternoon but the friendly waitresses were happy to serve us.

In the weekend we were there we went swimming in the lovely beach Rossbeigh, and golfing in the nearby Dooks golf course. The quaint little village of Glenbeigh is a sight from a postcard and as the sun sets it seems to come alive.

Everyone at the Towers from the cleaning ladies to the receptionists made us feel very special.

We will definitely come back next summer for a week as the weekend just wasn't long enough!
