Barbara & Micheal - the owners - turn a visit to this lovely B&B into a stay with friends. Friends who know every nook and cranny of the wonderful historic and pre-historic sites on the Dingle Peninsula. This was my second stay with them and this time I brought 11 folks with me - my kids, and a band I play with, - and they handled everyone, with all the disparate personalities - and boy do we have disparate personalities - with calm, gracious acceptance. They were informative and supportive, directed people to the things they would most enjoy, and gave a presentation on the Dingle Ring that would have done credit to a docent - complete with their own, hand-drawn map. The house itself is fairly new - or so well kept it feels that way. And the location is great - close enough to walk into the town center for the fabulous live music- but far enough out to be quiet and to have a just beautiful view. I spent a couple of hours one afternoon with a cup of tea sitting out front watching the clouds chase over the bay and the hills across it. I strongly recommend a visit to Dingle and a stay at Milestone House. (and Micheals baked daily soda bread. ) Wish I was there now.
