“Loved it Here!”

Virginia's Guesthouse Kenmare

As far as accommodations go, this was the highlight of our trip.

The room itself was cozy. The bed was comfortable and the size of the room was nice compared to some other B&Bs we stayed in throughout Ireland.

There is a safe in the room and there was satellite tv with a ton of channels. There was also a towel warmer in the bathroom. We slept with the windows open and had no trouble with noise.

Noreen makes an incredible breakfast. Neil and Noreen were so kind and friendly. The both genuinely cared that we enjoyed our stay in Kenmare.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Virginia’s.

“Very Pleasant Stay at Virginia's Guesthouse in Kenmare”

Virginia's Guesthouse Kenmare

We recently returned from a road trip of Ireland, and spent a night at Virginia's Guesthouse. This B & B is very conveniently located on the main street of Kenmare. We were only there for one night, but found it to be a perfect place to spend the night. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hosts were very friendly and we enjoyed an absolutely delicious breakfast in the morning. We walked across the street to a pub and had a really good dinner then spent the rest of the evening enjoying traditional Irish music. Kenmare is a lovely little town and I would highly recommend spending a night at Virginia's if you are visiting Kenmare.

Stayed at Virginia's for three nights, over the May Day Bank Holiday. Couldn't fault the whole experience from our arrival to departure! Noreen's fantastic breakfasts were the highlight of our stay! We had a lovely room, really clean with comfortable beds and brilliant shower. Tea and coffee available in the library - also a chance to meet and chat to other guests. Would certainly recommend Virginia's!

Great hospitality in a great guesthouse in a great town. Neil and Noreen are a delight. We spent three nights and it was very enjoyable. Kenmare has everything a tourist would want, without the crowds and traffic of Killarney.

From the moment we arrived at Virginia's we were made to feel at home with a friendly smile.Neil & Noreen make every effort to make your stay enjoyable, the room was nicely decorated with a comfortable double bed,and an en-suite which had a power shower with fluffy white towels to dry off. They have a library room with lots of information about the local area and a thoughtfully added tea & coffee facility, also chilled water and biscuits which is available 24/7.
The highlight arrives in the morning with a superb three course breakfast, our favourites were the pear, blue cheese with bacon and the porridge with an irish mist cream followed by a Full Irish accompanied by home made breads and washed down with tea or coffee.
All this with friendly chat and helpful hints for your days outing,Neil & Noreen have a diamond of a guest house give them a call you will not be dissapointed.
