“OK stay”

We were a family of 4, we stayed at Chandos 1 night. The room was rather tight for 4 people and had 2 bunk beds, which were not very practicle. The room and bathroom were clean, only complaint was that some of the bed linen had a blood stains on it.
The owner was very freindly, breakfast was very good. The hotel did not have a carpark, you had to park on the street out the front - this was not a problem.
The hotel location was good if you wanted to see Dover.

I stayed in the Chandos Guest House on two separate occasions in July on my way to/fro Germany. I was highly impressed by the cleanliness and warmth of this hostel, and the little extra's that made it such a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and flexible in terms of times of arrival. I would most highly recommend this Guest House to anyone that wishes to stay in Folkstone.

Stayed at Chandos overnight prior to trip to France in August 2005. Only 10 minutes from Channel Tunnel. Very friendly – good, clean & smart rooms – good breakfast. Private parking. 5 minutes walk to selection of restaurants.
Very good value at £45 for a room for two.
