We stayed at the Windsor Marriott for one night and parked the car for fifteen days whilst we went on holiday.

The check in staff were extremely efficient, parking was ample and the service could not be faulted. Our room was very nice, and we got an excellent rate for the room and parking.

The Hoppa bus service is very efficient, £4 one way or £8 return, and it took about 20 minutes to get to and from the airport.

Would recommend this hotel.

My daughter and i took my two grandchildren aged 5 and two and
a half to the Windsor and Heathrow Marriott for a two night stay over the easter weekend. During our stay we visited Legoland and Windsor and as the weather was very cold with snow flurries we were very happy to return to the warmth and comfort of the hotel. The leisure facilities were excellent the pool ideal for families with plenty of space in the changing rooms. We had both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant where the food was good and the children's meals were free. The staff at all times were friendly and polite and were very good in the way they treated the children. We would definitely use this hotel again.

We stayed here on our last night in the UK and enjoyed our stay. As others have mentioned, they have been upgrading the property (reception was being overhauled while we were there). The room was very comfortable and the largest of our trip. The beds were very good. The bathroom was well appointed.

We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. We weren't looking for anything fancy and they provided good food. We also enjoyed the very professional wait service at both meals.

I've stayed here several weeks on business and a major refurbishment is going on. The refurbished rooms are improved though no contemporary flat panel screens yet. Some of the bathrooms are a little 'cosy' but workable too. Sound-proofing is very good in all rooms I've stayed in so far. Mini-bars OK and at the prices you'd normally expect in a hotel. King beds are very comfy and a good size with plenty of pillows.
Executive lounge could do with a pep-up. Room service is generally good with no complaints as yet.
