My wife, young daughter and myself stayed at Coldham cottages for two weeks from the 6th-20th of September.
We loved the lovely location, situated in the beautiful village of Riseley just outside of Bedford. We stayed in Cottage 5, a single bedroom with a lovely big king bed, the cottage had plenty of room for the three of us.
The cottage was superbly fitted out and had everything one could possibly need from dinner sets, utensils to washing powder for the laundry.
Our hosts were lovely and made us feel very welcome.
If your looking for a self catered stay for a week of more and would like something a little different than the usual hotel, this is the place for you. We will be staying here again when we plan our next trip hopefully very soon.

The cottages were very well thought out - right down to the last detail. The grounds are well maintained and inviting. The cottages were spot-less, very clean! The bedding was very comfortable for those cold nights. The kitchen was well equipped with an excellent assortment of kitchen appliances, utensils, pots, pans and even two tea sets. The host and staff were very friendly. Despite all cottages being rented the grounds were very peaceful! No detail was spared. I would recommend these cottages for anyone looking for an excellent self-catering cottage.
