To look at this is a nice hotel with a decent pool, and the poolside bar serves alright food, however the treatment that we received was shocking.

There were 33 of us in total in the group and due to this, we had been targerted for any trouble that was going on in the hotel, by trouble i really only mean noise in the early hours of the morning- which you have to expect if you are going during the summer at a hotel near the main strip of Laganas.

We were constantly being blamed for everything in the hotel and were forced to pay 150 Euros for a matress that had apparently been damaged, or we would get chucked out.
We only really managed to not be forced out due to a quality rep that we had with First Choice. We were froced to hand over passports, and our rep mangaged to get them back for us, however once he went two or three guys from the hotel stormed into every room demanding them back.

The rooms are basic, very basic, and we had a bad ant problem in ours.

If this hotel had different mangement it would be a very nice hotel, but the staff are intimidating and will try to con money out of you.

after reading reports on this property i was a bit worried on what i was going to find, as i have 3 children i like to know where im going usually but it was not in any brochures at travel agents, on arrival we were taken to our rooms which were next door to each other with a shared balcony and was pleasantly surprised they were very spacious, clean with a decent size bathroom, i found during our stay which was only 1 week that the maids were in everyday empting bins and making beds i could not of asked for anthing more, the woman in the pool bar during the day (jo) was very helpful and her english was good to, they also have safes for hire at 15euros each week, plenty of loungers round the pool and pool is very clean overall i would definately go again, also not to far from nightly entertainment.

Me & 7 other lads went to Laganas for a lads Holiday, We arrived the at Vivian 7am and chose our rooms and began to unpack, being a group of lads we weren't to quiet, although we weren't shouting. We hadn't even been there 5 minutes when we were getting shouted at by the owner Vivian, in greek, so we had no clue what she was banging on about, the next day she caught us kicking a ball about in one of rooms and went ballistic again, eventually we got her on side, but her husband patrols the hotel at night, and you are not allowed to bring any girlies back, although sneaking them in is fun. Mr Vivian caught us having a 6am shaving foam fight and kicked us out. Also alot of girl groups got written warnings about noise, although the lads were always much noisier. All in all a very nice hotel, good pool, nice bar, but way too strict on youngsters, perfect for couples. My advice to groups of guys or gals on a bender. Book with 2wentys.
