First of all I have to say that the location mentioned both on the internet and hotel website is LAGOS! This hotel is not in Lagos but in a small village 10 km far,lost in the countryside where you will never find bars, restaurants and even public transportation (you must have your own car).
Hotel itself is pretty nice but :

1)Rooms are not equipped with a telephone
2) Air contioning did not work both in my and my friends room (so I suppose it doesn't work at all).
3) In bathroom there is no curtain at the window.. everybody can see you having a shower from outside (See pictures)
4) If you are German you can also use the televion, if you are not forget it as only german channels are available.
5) No Fire procedures and map are displayed anywhere in the room. In the event of fire you don't know what to do and where to go (maps and procedures by law must be in any room in Europe)
5) The hotel is built in the middle of 5 ELECTRICITY GENERATORS! Cables just over cross the hotel, the breakfast room and the swimming pool (see candid pictures attached)
6) in the night it is impossibile to sleep due the noise caused by the the loss of electricity of the generators.
7) The swimming pool is the unsafest place of the world because of the cables, but the worstest thing ever is that the shower (which is compulsory if you wish to use the swimming pool) is located just one step from one of the main electricity generator where is clearly displayed DO NOT TOUCH DANGER OF DEATH (see pictures).
When we tried to report the above problems and asked to speak to a manager it was told that the manager was not there but in another hotel of the same company.
At the checkout date we had to wait 2 hours for this operation as there was a black out and the computer system was not operative.
When finally the light get back we realised that the person in charge for the checkout operations was a waiter. Because she was very busy in serving the breakfast we had to wait the end of the breakfast time to seattle our account. DO NOT PICK UP THIS HOTEL FOR THE LOCATION AND FOR YOUR SAFETY PLEASE !
