For the price we paid for this hotel, I really can't complain. In all honesty I wasn't expecting too much. However the room despite being small and with dated decor was perfectly clean, bathroom again spotlessly clean but small. Yes there was no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room, but it astounds me how often the Brits whinge about this, there's a cafe 2 doors away! Really there was only a couple of downsides, the lift was rather ricketty and felt like you were about to enter orbit, and there was some noise from the road, in particular the trams. I suspect this would be better in one of the back rooms. Also yes you could hear other people's bathroom noise, the toilet's flushing and shower's running. On the plus side the reception team were friendly and helpful, and really if all you want is a clean bed and a bath its perfect.

Location wise, it's a five minute walk to the metro and then 3 stops to the Duomo, and really if budget is an issue, I wouldn't hesistate to stay here again.

The Hotel is in a good location, with good links into the centre of town. Our room was clean and a reasonable size. The breakfast (continental) was fine, with a good choice. The road that the hotel is located on is a tram route but this didn't bother us as the trams didn't seem to run all night. On the down side, as other people have mentioned you can get a lot of noise from other rooms eg toilets flushing etc. We got a really good deal and paid approx £180 for 3 nights which seemed quite a good deal for Milan.

The hotel is centrally located in Milan, handy for tram and metro stops and main shopping areas. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but quite small - especially the bathroom! Stayed in the hotel for one night before moving on to elsewhere in Italy, and would recommend it for a short stay, but probably not so good for a longer visit.

Stayed at hotel Roxy and it was a good choice.
On my arrival, i had a room over the courtyard and as they were doing some works there, i could not open the window (apart from that, the room was OK) . I called the reception and ask to have another one, where i could open the window.....I was upgraded to a bigger room facing the street: very good!!! Room was big enougth (301) and I had a balcony. Staff is ok and they speak english and french.
The price is very good, so don't expect anything extremely fancy, but if you need a clean and cheap-nice place to stay this is a very good option.
The neighbourwood is quiet, but most important you won't be very far from the Duomo.
Breakfast was ok but coffee should be better (hey, we're in Italy!!!!). But the plus is that they have rooms with "parquet" ( I really really hate carpet!!!)
I would stay here again.
