Stayed in a triple room for 2 nights at the end of July. After trawling through hundreds of reviews of Milan hotels, opted for the Lancaster as it had more positive reviews than any other hotel. We were not disappointed. It really is a gem. Excellent modern room and bathroom. Friendly reception and breakfast staff. We arrived at Central Station from Venice with heavy luggage so, rather than use public transport, we took a taxi to the Lancaster which was only 10 Euros. A 24 hour public transport ticket for all buses, trams and metro is available from hotel reception for only 3 Euros, we got our money's worth!

This hotel is great. The bathrooms are beautiful as is the entire hotel. The front desk people are wonderful and helpful. If I return to Milan I would only stay at the Hotel Lancaster.

My family and I were not disappointed upon arriving at the Lancaster Hotel. It's a 10 minute walk from the Cadorna train station. Very nice staff, nice breakfast.

Whilst a little way from the historic Duomo and Milan's centre, it is walking distance to the beautiful park and the amazing restaurants and bars at Piazza Sempione. The facilities and breakfast are top notch and the staff fantastically helpful. Our room had a lovely balcony and I will return again when visiting Milan.
