We arrived about 5ish...the location of the hotel is more or less right besides the cathedral!!..and the cathedral is impressive..the hotel is massive with pool, gym, sauna etc which we didnt use because we were tired but we could have at no extra charge..parking in burgos is quite easy apparently...you have to watch yourself if you have a old car with the hills though...but we decided to use the hotel carpark....bit disappointed that it was an extra cost of 14euros..i dont think there is any need for that do you?????.....we stayed in the room all evening and ordered room service because couldnt be bothered venturing out...although expensive (which you expect it was well presented and tasty)....all in all a lovely hotel..with just a few catches!!...xxxx

I often stay at the Abba in Burgos. I have stayed at 4 others but this is the best. Not noisey and very peaceful. Nice rooms with plenty of space Great views over the city

But pool is so COLD.

I agree that breakfast over priced but which is not - vast selection.
Someone said AC does not work without your room card. That is correct but it also works with a store card in the reader

The restrauent always seems empty as it lacks ambience and not as inviting as the tapas bars in the city. You must go for a walk round the castle and in the woods.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms. We stayed on the ground floor with our little dog and had a nice little garden with garden furniture. Walking distance from the town where there are some nice squares and great bars and restaurants. Staff very curtious. Underground parking. Overall a great place to stay, would highly recommend it.

Stayed at the Abba Burgos for 2 nights this September. It is a clean modern hotel. Our room was spacious with a small garden area and a clean modern bathroom. Our biggest complaint was lack of soundproofing between rooms. On our second night we could clearly hear next-doors conversation which went on to the early hours, and in fairness to our neighbours they were not speaking loudly but it still came through the walls. We were able to park on the street so did not have to pay extra for parking. Be aware that for the less agile the hotel is situated uphill from the cathedral and town.
