We stayed here for 2 nights (March 18-20) and had a great time. The rooms were a decent size and clean. The window in our room opened into a tiny courtyard, which was great because we could leave the window open at night and there was very little noise. The location is close to the shopping area and a brief 10-min walk to the cathedral. Location is also convenient for those traveling by taxi or car (you can pull up in front of the hotel to drop off your bags). We did not have a car so I'm not sure about the hotel's parking availablity.

I recently stayed at the Montecarlo for 5 nights and enjoyed my time there. I paid 45 Euros per night for a small clean room which was sufficient for my needs. The location is near a lot of restaurants and coffee shops so it would be cheaper to find a place to eat outside of the hotel restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Montercarlo in Seville, Spain. I must say I was throughly impressed. Being a college student I was on a tight budget and we got a great rate. It ended up costing a couple dollars more than staying in a dirty hostel. The location was great--walking distance from everything. The rooms were cute, our room even had a huge patio that overlooked the street. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. It had a nice family environment as well.

Very nice location, just a short 10 minute or so walk to the major sights. Convenient to a lot of shops and cafes as well if you just want to grab something quickly. The rooms are arranged around an interior courtyard, making for a pleasant atmosphere. Rooms themselves are small but functional and quite clean. The bathrooms were modern and also clean. There is a restaurant here which is fine, but there is really no reason to eat here with so many places readily available in the surrounding area. It seems to be used only by groups staying at the hotel. In all, a good choice for a 3-star hotel.
