We arranged this trip because our son was in hanover germany. The hotel was excellent . Breakfast was good evening meal in resturant was excellant. We went because of the Christmas markets the hotel was in a graet location for the markets staff were great all spoke very good english would like to go back again as it was great

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three days earlier this month. We weren't sure what to expect, but we found it to be a very good hotel.

It was in a good location and it had all of the amenities that we needed (laundry services, spa/work-out facilities, a bar, good air conditioning, etc.) The service was also very friendly and efficient. And, most importantly, the rates were very reasonable (only about 20 Euro a night more expensive than the Holiday Inn by the airport.)

I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

This is a truly wonderful hotel from the size of the room to the beautiful bath, to the comfy beds. Room service is gourmet. Staff is very friendly. We stay in this hotel for 2 weeks every year to charge our batteries and relax. It is our home away from home.

This hotel is a short walk to the main train station, which is why I picked it for a 3-day stay recently. I was pleasantly surprised - the rooms are very large and attractive. Our room was large enough for a leather sofa and chair, a large desk, our queen-size bed, and a rollaway bed for our 3-year-old, still with plenty of walking around room. The bedding was soft and luxurious, with down comforters and nice pillows. The bathroom just the right size, well-lighted, and sparkling clean. Breakfast was not included in our rate, but we ate breakfast two mornings in the small restaurant downstairs and it was fantastic! There was a huge buffet of many kinds of cheeses and fruits and meats, with eggs cooked to order and good hot coffee. This was a very pleasant stay.
