Stayed at this hotel on business, and as you would expect a good clean hospitable hotel.
The staff were very accomadating, particularly the bar staff who even cooked us toasted sandwich's well into the early hours after the bar had closed.
I found the service on the bar a little slow however as not enough staff were evident earlier in the evening.
The rooms were very comfortable, with good bathrooms that were clean tidy and not at all "tired".
I would be happy to recomend this hotel as a good business hotel.

I stayed there for one night and have no complaints at all. There are some signs of outworn carpets, so the hotel will need a bit of renovation the next years, but the standard and hospitality is 4 star. Bathroom is end of 1980´s style but very clean. Staff was very friendly and polite. Singe room was well equipped and also clean. The breakfast was very good. Check out very fast. No complaints at all. Location is excellant, near to all major shopping facilities in downtown Francfort.

Just returned from a business trip to Frankfurt and I am all too aware that the pricing of hotels there is outrageous. I chose this hotel due to the location near to the Messe Frankfurt Fairgrounds (about 17 euros each way via taxi, according to the front desk staff there was no direct shuttle service from the hotel). If you are going to downtown Frankfurt, there is a tram stop directly across from the hotel (Niederrad-Burostadt), the ride is about 20 minutes. The Sheraton Congress offered friendly service and clean rooms, as I have come to expect from all the Starwood brands. That being said, 345 euros per night for a room of approximately 150 - 175 square feet with a small double bed was not worth the cost. In addition, charging an additional 19 euros for each buffet breakfast was ridiculous.
Hotel restaurant Tonic served decent Italian food for dinner and around the corner from the hotel is a good Asian restaurant.

It was very nice, but a little too business for me. The beds were terriffic, though. The bathroom was really pretty. The food was good in the hotel. But over all it was just too rigid.
