Great hotel, great location. Near airport (10min.); near fair (shutlte bus for 6.- Euro). Direct connection by tram to the old city.
Rooms furnishing OK, but nothing special. Great view (had a room with balcony on the executive floor). In room coffee maker, 2 bottles comp water, bathrobe.
Friendly staff and great breakfast buffet.

I stayed there for 2 nights with my fiance and have no complaints at all. The staff was very friendly and polite.

We stayed in a executive room which was well equipped and also clean. The breakfast was very good. We had no complaints at all. The location is great, and near to all major shopping facilities in downtown Frankfurt.

This hotel is very average in most regards, smallish rooms, and not all of them have the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper bed this hotel even advertises in the lobby.

Comfortable rooms, that are mostly very quite, and peaceful. Some are on the end of the building with small balcony overlooking a forest, and an equestrian center with the airport in the distance.

There is a computer in the lobby for checking email, but unlike most tourist hotels there is a charge for using it.

The pool downstairs has a rock wall waterfall feature, a very nice sauna and is clean and very relaxing after a long day working or playing.

The food in the restaurant is above average, and reasonably priced and the service is effecient, not overly friendly but nice service.

There was a huge problem with the reservation (the stay was a prize in a competition, but they did not know of it!), but I believe that was not the hotel's problem, so I won't go into that. Our room was on the 12th, "Executive" floor. What was executive about it I have no idea. The room was of a normal size, and there were no unexpected extras on the floor. Being on an upper floor is always nice, but there was not much of a view: A distant view of the airport, chemical company Aventis and a bit of Autobahn. Certainly no Frankfurt skyline. The location is in "office city" Niederrad, and that is exactly what it is. There are lots and lots of office buildings around and nothing else. A tram stop right in front of the hotel with direct connection to the city. Parking space outside or in the garage very expensive, try to park on street.

Breakfast selection was good, but not outstanding. No service at breakfast - we had to steal a coffee pot from the next table, as did other people. No staff in sight ... They also forgot to replace the coffee creamer in the room, but brought some immediately when we called guest services. The bar staff also disappeared after serving one drink, so we couldn't order another one. The bar is in the lobby, so not really cosy. Rather small cocktail selection.

The pool area with steam room and sauna was rather nice and clean, pool bigger than some I have seen.

Room and bathroom were fine, but not everything was up-to-date. Some items looked a bit old and I hope they keep up the renovation work and don't just stop by painting the room numbers in fancy colors outside the rooms.
