Reasonably-priced hotel very close to city centre attractions. In a fairly quiet side street, the hotel has a very low-key exterior, and modest reception area. The rooms are just big enough for a table and one armchair, as well as the usual desk etc.. The hotel fabric and fittings are mid-range but in very good condition. The staff are more focussed on their tasks than the guests but are perfectly friendly and helpful if approached. Didn't try breakfast - there are plenty of cheaper alternatives nearby.

Location is excellent for shopping. It is just few steps away from main shopping area.
Rooms are very clean with all needed amenities .
Reception were very helpfull in giving directions to city attractions and good resturants.

Great little hotel. It's in the middle of everything, near lots of shopping. Walking distance to everything. Very clean.

The only negative is that the people there are very unfriendly. Not helpful at all. We went to ask them for a good place to eat and all they would say was that there were lots of restaurants down the street. Thanks. It always felt like you were interrupting them from something much more important than talking to you. Even when I was checking in. Thanks again.

I would still go back though. It was a great little hotel.

This hotel has a perfect location in the heart of Old Town Munich. It is central to everything. The rooms are very modern, well maintained, and clean. Rooms are small by American standards, but we found that throughout Europe. You get used to it. The breakfast was among the best we found in Europe. The fresh squeezed orange juice was a particular hit. I read in travel guides that this an impersonal, stark, business hotel. True, it doesn't have old world charm, and the staff wasn't overwhelmingly friendly. But for us, as tourists spending most of our day out and about, this hotel worked perfectly. It was a nice place to come back to at night. And we felt we received good value for the price paid.
