We stayed Le Meridian Hotel in Munich during our summer holiday for 6 nights.
The property is in perfect location in front of train station, and few blocks from the famous shopping areas, café’s, and restaurants.
We had a terrible reception when we found the lobby too crowded, and the staff asked us to wait for 45 minutes before we got our room ready! This was unfortunate for us being traveling for more than 7 hours from Saudi Arabia!
Other than this, every thing was perfect, but not matching the relatively high price of 170 Euro/ night including breakfast.
The room’s size is suitable for two persons but not with extra bed as we brought our little boy with us.
I recommend staying in this hotel for those people who prefer to stay in perfect locations, and little sensitive on price!

I was very impressed by the Meridien. The room was the most spacious and nicest one I stayed at through my four week journey through Europe. The staff was always soo professional and helpful. The concierge staff provides a wealth of information about tours and restaurant recommendations. I do not believe the hotel is in a seedy area at all. There are strip clubs and there is the train station across the street, but I am a female and I was not bothered by that at all. I felt very safe, even at night. The room at the Meridian was clean, large and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet is good, but gets boring after a while. The location I think is excellent because it is close to the Marienplatz and the metro stop. The hotel was a welcome relief from the otheriwise unhelpful attitude and terrible customer service I received at restaurants throughout Munich and at the information booths at the Metro stations.

We have just returned from a mini-tour on which we stayed in 4 hotels in 3 countries. Le Meridien was the cheapest of the 4, but also the most upmarket! Our room was huge, and very modern. Great bathroom, with both bath and walk-in shower. The location right across the road from the main train station is great, and you can easily walk to the main squares. We didn't eat in the hotel, so can't comment on that. The staff were very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here our first night in Europe with friends who did not travel to Europe before. Tired and grumpy as we were, we loved our stay (we had to change rooms as the first one was close to the elevator and we needed our nap! but staff were very accomodating). Very nice setting with lovely courtyard garden, convenient to the city centre and rental car stations or if you want to travel by train - just across the train station.

We bought a B&B excelent rate and food was just great!

Certainly would stay there again, we could not say that about Bayerische Hoff - we stayed there one year before, it was very comfortable but way too overpriced!
