Stayed here for two nights to sample the delights of Nice. Dont stay here for a quiet night unless you sleep through people coming and going all throught the night, doors slamming and clubbing fraternity arriving back at 4am. The bed mattresses where we stayed are also made of cotton wool - no support. We stayed in the back annexe, not in the main building of the hotel. This gets you away from the traffic noise, but this wasnt much good in view of the all night activities. Otherwise its clean and has a superb buffet breakfast.

Had a nights stop over in nice before heading home. Close to bus station where buses to go Nice Airport early in the morning.

OK hotel will easily be forgotten.

Had to wait for 30 min before room was ready as aparently we were 'too early'..... at 14.30 in the afternoon.

I wouldn't stay here again.

Taking a bus from the airport to the Nice bus station leaves you just a few mins easy walk to the hotel.
This hotel has very small rooms that due to the lack of carpets and paper thin walls is extremly noisey. Banging doors and hallway voices can wake you up at any time of the night.
The room had very little room for hanging clothes so you will live out of a suitcase. The chambermaid was unpredictable when it came to renewing tea/coffee, toilet paper etc. We stayed for 5 days.
However, the room was spotless and had a very 'new' feel about it. the location was excellent with a great short walk through the old town to the beach and the bus station is only 3 mins away, very handy for daytrips and to the airport.
Effective air conditioning was a relief in July.
Staff were friendly and helpful and all English speaking. We stayed for an amazing 51 Euros a night through Expedia so very difficult to complain.
Road works in local roads and square were disappointing but won't be there forever.
If its a well located budget hotel you want ,this is it.

The hotel was very central to the beach and shops. i would recommend either getting a taxi or the No 4 bus outside the train station, get off at the Acropolis and head towards the gardens, it should take you a couple of minutes to find the hotel, its next door to Aldi. The hotel is a couple minute walk into the old town where there are lots of resturants which are all great, its better value to have the set menu which are normally 15 euros.

The reception is open 24 hrs, and they all speak fluent english if your struggling with your french. The rooms are pretty small but you have a tv, small bathroom and resonably sized double bed. We stayed at the front of the hotel overlooking the gardens, we didnt hear any noise from the street as the windows were double glazed only when you open the windows do you hear a lot of noise. The hotel room has air con, is cleaned everyday and there is a kettle to make a drink. I wouldnt use to hotel internet access as its very expensive compared to the internet cafes hidden away in the centre. The room didnt smell of cigarette smoke while we were staying there but there were a few guests who smoked in the elevator which was a bit much!

The tourist information centre is next to the train station and another on the beach front to get a map and information.We stayed 7 nights at the hotel and throughly enjoyed our stay as Nice is a gorgeous place to be!
