Myself and my husband stayed here for one night , we felt that its a pretty good B&B and that its reasonably priced too!
The room we got had 2 double beds, sufficent storage, a full length mirror, tv, clock radio and tea/coffee making facilities, all of which contributed to a pleasant stay. The decour was ok but its a B&B so you cant expect much on that front.
The bathroom was well equipped, except for the shower which was a bit annoying. Its surrounded by a curtain which sticks to you and gives you no space.
The breakfast has to be praised. You have a choice! This makes such a nice change, most hotels cant even manage this! The choices were along the lines of Full Irish, a smaller Irish style breakfast, potato cakes or fish. In addition you get juice, cereal, tea/coffee & toast &brown bread. The dinning room is nice and the server checked on us to see if we needed anything else but he didn't pester us. All in all, breakfast was very good.
The B&B is about 10 minutes away from Killarney and is surrounded by pretty countryside. So long as you are not planning on partying in the town this is a good location.
The 19th Green is certainly a good option.
