This hotel is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in in Ireland. Definitely nicer inside than the Sheen Falls. The hotel staff couldn't have been nicer and the warm welcome is just the beginning. The hotel is situated in the heart of Killarney and is in close walking distance of the town. We had a wonderful first night in the hotel and we decided to stay a second night at which point the hotel upgraded us to a suite which was just across the hall. So even though we had to move we didn't have to move far with all our stuff. The suite was gorgeous and the bed was heaven...so comfortable. The hotel restaruant was absolutely beautiful. The decor was so warm and relaxing. The meal was really tasty and wine was really lovely. All in all we could not fault the hotel. I thought it was good value for money and the standard is excellent.

Other hotel owners & managers should visit this hotel to see how it should be done. They start by getting the BIG things right. Lovely welcoming fires, lots of nice areas to lounge around, each with their own fire, lovey art and sculptures, welcoming friendly staff at every turn, large, comfortable rooms with fires (lots of fires in this hotel), and superb food. Then they get the SMALLER things right, like top quality toiletries, a well equipped spa, nice pool, everything being spotlessly clean, location just 2 minutes walk from the centre of Killarney, pianist in the restaurant etc. They finish by adding lots of LITTLE things, great breafkast buffet, offering bottles of water for the car journey home, and (well, why don't you just go there and find out for yourself ?) A truly faultless experience, and a gem of a hotel. The welcome was as genuine and friendly as you get in Kelly's in Rosslare (and that's saying something). Take a bow guys, this is how to run a hotel.

I have travelled all over the world, and I could only describe this hotel as being heaven on earth. The staff were Incredible, the decor fantastic, the Day Spa services were bliss - just watch out for Mary she gives a mean Remedial Massage. We travelled all over Ireland and stayed twice at The Killarney Park Hotel, the 2nd time we visited we were immediately upgraded, well what a treat! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this Hotel 5 star all the way, luxury, luxury, and more luxury

I stayed at Killarney Park for a meeting and was delighted at the property and the service. The hotel is immaculate, well located, and comfortable. The rooms are big and airy; the fireplace was lit each evening. The breakfast was classy yet comfortable. The pool and exercise room were amazing for a small hotel. However what makes the Killarney Park so amazing was the service. I swear that they could anticipate my requests even before I asked. I will certainly return for a holiday with my family!
