stayed in dublin for nine nights on a business trip. the room was small but since all i was doing was sleeping there it didn't really matter. staff was great in helping me find bus routes and book tours.
the breakfast was EXCELLENT and included in the price of our room. yogurt, cereals, fresh fruits, breads, juices, milk, coffee, and teas. you could also order anything from their kitchen (omlets, porridge, full irish breakfast, etc.) for no extra charge.
it is certainly not a brand new hotel and some things (the size of the beds, no air conditioning, etc) leave a little to be desired. however, we had a great stay and it was a great value.
great pub, larry murphy's, right across the street!! close walking distance to grafton street, temple bar, and st. stephen's green and right on the bus line. i would certainly stay here again.
