A fantastic Guest House; the best we have experienced. Our bedroom was lovely and had everything. The breakfast was lovely - James cooks beautiful porridge and the Arbroath Smokies are to die for! And what a location - Yes, as they say at their web site, www.braeside-standrews.co.uk IT IS just 5 minutes' walk from the Town Centre and IT IS just 10 minutes' walk from the first tee of the Old Course!! But what made Braeside House so special for us was the warm hospitality of our Hosts, Margaret and James Yule. Their warm welcome on our arrival and the constant care and attention to every detail made us feel so at home and really contributed to our enjoyment of our visit. We were in St. Andrews for the Curtis Cup and we enjoyed the golf and the special atmosphere of St. Andrews. But the key factor in our enjoyment of the overall experience was the warm hospitality at Braeside House and we will certainly be back.
