Myself and my husband stayed at this hotel and attended the murder mystery event taking place there which was run within but independently of the hotel by a company called Skulduggery. The hotel is in a great location for touring Stratford - within easy walking distance of the town centre attractions and the RSC. Breakfast was excellent, a real treat and the evening meal (which was included within the murder mystery package) was fantastic. All of the staff were friendly and courteous and managed to continue with their jobs despite the murder mystery mayhem unfolding around them. We would definitely recommend the hotel both independently of and together with the murder mystery event to those wanting a great base to explore Stratford and those wanting great entertainment in a fantastic location.

Stayed here for 2 nights in mid-April. Everything about the hotel was excellent. The hotel is within 5 minues of the town centre. All the staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and well furnished. Breakfast was good. If your looking for a good quality hotel near the town centre then look no further. I would definately stay here again.

We stayed in Sept 07 in a double room. You really can't beat the location of this hotel, right in the middle of town but on a side road, so far enough out of the way! Perfect walking distance to shops, attraction, restaurants, etc.

Good parking, we never had a problem getting apark and the front desk service was great. Didn't eat at the restaurant, seemed a bit pricey.

The room was very clean, which is all I ever ask for, however to be honest it was not very modern and I would have felt more comfortable in a renovated room, but as I said it was very clean.

Got a good deal on Expedia.

We stayed at this hotel over the busy Easter bank holiday weekend. We chose the hotel as it was close to the town centre and because it was reasonably priced. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted promptly and although there was a problem with them not having our booking this was dealt with swiftly and professionally and we even received a free room upgrade. While we were waiting all customers that checked in were offered help with their luggage and asked about the wake up call and if they wanted a newspaper. We didn't eat our evening meals in the hotel restaurant, as there were so many nice restaurants in Stratford itself. Although when we came back to the hotel later in the evening we had a drink and my finance ordered a bacon sandwich, which was lovely. We also had our breakfast there both days and it was lovely, there was a big selection of cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice, etc and also you were able to order fresh toast and cooked breakfasts. We both had a cooked breakfast the second day and that was lovely. The restaurant staff were really friendly and helpful, and were quick to take your orders and seat you when you arrived. All in all we had a fantastic stay and I would certainly recommend this hotel to people staying in Stratford upon Avon.
