Although the hotel is beautifully renovated, we were frequently frustrated by communication problems. Despite emailing, then phoning, then asking again at check-in, we did not receive our crib until we called again several hours into our stay, only to be told that they had no record of this request. The crib is completely useless for a newborn, as the mattress is 3 feet below the top of the crib, and an average-height person would need to basically drop the baby in, and it's not clear how you could get it out! It would have been helpful to have notice of this. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor. Nothing "heavenly" about it. Also, we used valet parking, only to have long delays, and have the staff get the wrong car once - concerning! The business centre tried to give us the wrong package. Despite this, the food was good, and the room was lovely. For the price, however, we will likely not be returning.

This is a great hotel and the stay was wonderful! In comparison to it's pre-renovation days, you would never think it was the same hotel. Bravo!

Check-in was flawless and Rebecca did an outstanding job checking me in and answering my questions. Apparently the hotel was full, but you never would have thought so by the few people in the lobby and bar. I did not eat in the restaurant this trip, but have in the past and it was wonderful. Staffing levels were more than adequate and all staff I encountered were pleasant and knowledgeable.

We stayed at the Westin Habour Castle in Toronto for 3 nights and it made a fantastic base to explore the city. Right on the habour front it has excellent views over Lake Ontario and Toronto Island as well as the Toronto City skyline and is only a 10 minute walk to the CN tower, 20 minute walk to the Eaton shopping centre.
The rooms are stylish and very clean and the swimming pool and sun terrace area made a welcome break after a long day exploring or for a quick swim before breakfast.
Staff all very friendly.

Whilst staying in Toronto, I would highly recommend a boat tour of the habour and trip to Toronto island. It's a wonderful contrast to city life, with open parkland, beaches, cafes, a little fun fair and bike hire. We hired a tandem for an hour and had a great rid around the island.

We also went up the CN tower- fantastis views if you don't mind heights, and hired a car and drove down to Niagara for the day, although you can also get coach trips.

Oh and there is a great little store across the road for supplies or a lovely fresh breakfast on the go!

A stylish, friendly hotel in a great location!

A great place to stay in Toronto.Easy walk to Air Canada Center,Rodgers Center,and Entertainment District.Concierge staff very helpful with booking tours and dining tips.Only two minor complaints,the hotel restaurant is overpriced and the rooms could use a mini frig.I would definately stay here again.
