Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. A wonderful place, for a great price the service was as good as that in other more expensive hotels.

Staff at front desk were friendly and always helpful, no matter what time of the day. Rooms are a little small, but nicely decorated and more than adequate for what you pay and need.

Free Wi-Fi is great, as is the resturant downstairs. Hotel is located closely to the Subway and Streetcars. Will defiently stay here again.

My friend and I stayed here for a couple of days after a conference we attended and wanted a reasonably priced hotel since we would be footing the bill.
Hotel Victoria was an amazing value for the location and the quality of the room. Everyone who worked at the hotel was professional and extremely pleasant. Our room was comfortable and was nicer than the hotel room I stayed at for my conference - at $100 less a night.

My husband and I stayed here in early Feb 2008. Its a great budget hotel in a good location. Nice and close to the street cars, and ttc, we found some great places to eat close by. There is a great cafe around the corner that had free internet access when you bought breakfast. The staff were cheerful and helpful, inparticular the afternoon staff . The room was small but very clean and had everything we needed in it for a six night stay. Would happily recommend this hotel for travellers not looking for the chain experience in a great location.

My fiance & I just got back from a wonderful weekend in Toronto. We picked Hotel Victoria because it was less than 5 minutes walking distance to the ACC and other attractions that we wanted to go to. Also, Expedia had a 'web special' rate on the hotel for $105 + tax. The Hotel itself and our room, were very clean, and the frontdesk staff were helpful and offered us an early check-in. Parking for the hotel was not included, but very close by in Commerce Court on Wellington St. For approx 28 hours, our parking fee was $24.00, which was reasonable. We also ate at "Over Easy" the adjoining all-day breakfast restaurant. The restaurant was very clean and bright, and the food was fresh and homemade.
If you're looking for good value (by Toronto standards) on a night's stay with lots of nearby amenities, and nothing luxurious, this is an excellent pick.
