The hotel overall was nice, we ate dinner on the 33rd floor and it was very good, the buffet breakfast there was just ok, the rooms were very nice and the beds are comfortable, front desk was friendly.

We walked in this hotel without a booking and got a room immediatly - we went for an upgraded room with a king size bed and it was the highlight of our trip.... that bed was so comfortable it was hard to drag ourselves out of it!

We were on the 10th floor so there wasnt much of a view of the falls but we didnt expect one anyway so we werent dissapointed. The room was extremely spacious, the whirlpool bath was big enough for two of us (and hubby is 6'4).

the only downside to this is that they do not tell you they charge you $20 for car parking until you come to check out, and the charge is per room, we had two rooms and they tried to charge us $40 even though there was only one car!

Our family stayed for one night in Dec 07,. Overall the hotel was Ok. Would probably stay at another hotel next visit. Our room smelled like old smoke, and our view was horrible it overlooked a construction site. It had a huge construction light that was aimed into our room , very annoying! Pool was nice, my kids loved the slide. Valet parking only, and we were told $20 , at the end of our stay it was complemintary, which was nice. Wireless internet is $10.00, which I think was expensive seeing as most hotels offer it for free! Not close enough to walk to down town Niagara, although close to Casino. Next visit would probably stay at Double Tree or Embassy Suites.

We enjoyed the stay at Niagara Falls Hilton. The view from the 21st floor was great. The Casino is blocking part of the view, but overall the entire american fall is in view, and partial view of the horseshoe due to the location. The room is a good size. We included the breakfasts with our room. The food selection is not bad and the breakfast staff service was excellent. However, it's different with the night staff. The restaurant is on the 33rd floor with an million dollar view of the falls. We celebrate our son's birthday in that restaurant. We probably had the worst dining experience ever. Our server, Mark, after taking our order, did not even come back and check on us. We did not have refill with drink, and not even water! Mark walked by us many times and just simply acted busy. It's not the type of service one would get with an upscale restaurant! The hotel has an indoor swimming pool with a waterslide which is great with kids. The enclosed walkway over to the casino is a plus, esp in the winter time. Overall, we had a great stay, except the worst server name Mark!
