Arrived with no expectations, but was more than pleasantly surprised. Staff consistently pleasant , helpful and professional. What a beautiful hotel inside and out. Rooms clean and roomy. An absolutely beautiful pool, with the grounds around the pool immaculately kept. Ladies you must utilize the spa- the massages are a must. I had a wonderful experience, in the spa, better than my usual spot in the U.S. Will return to this hotel, it is a must.

We loved this hotel last year, and we agree that as far as price and accomodations are concerned, this is still a great place to stay. Its a bit further down from the crazy party scene so that you dont get the loud crazy kids. But also close enough to grab a taxi for fairly cheap or a couple minute walk from two bus stops. But the biggest downer was the beach. I cant blame this entirely on the hotel, as they cannot control the weather, however, we came back here because the beach was immaculate last year. However, because of the hurricane that hit last winter, it demolished the ever loved beach and it no longer exists at all. I put up pictures here so that you can see.

Otherwise, the people are friendly, the bed is comfortable, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced.

Oh one other thing...be warned of their all inclusive package. I believe they stated it was $88 US dollars...but once you get into the restaurants and bars...you notice that most of the items on any menu are definitely not included, or if they are...there is definitely an upcharge.

Went May 8-12 with a group of 16. It was so much better than I was expecting. Probably the most relaxing vacation I've been on! Rooms were great, view was magnificent. We did all inclusive and it's more than a great deal. Pool and pool bar were fabulous. Food was great. Hotel staff was very friendly, and although the service in the restaurants was very slow, the waiters were very nice. Beach was very nice. Can you tell I can't say enough about this hotel. Quick and easy bus ride to town. Same for ride from airport. Check in was painless. No time share people approached us the whole time we were there. Met alot of nice people and played some really awesome games of pool volleyball! We were the champions!!! Will definitely be back next year.

We arrived May 8 and stayed through May 11. The weather was perfect, the transfer to hotel (via Cancun Shuttle) was a very positive experience, and hotel and accomodations were wonderful. Only upon arrival to the hotel did a "time share" person approach us, the staff was wonderful, the drinks were cold and flowing. The only complaint was the service at dinner. Slow, slow and slower. Let alone noone else was in the restaurant, they couldn't get our order rights and it took 3 hours. There were 16 of us. But the food was good :) Go all inclusive. Pool Volleyball was the best. My team was 7-0. Met lots of nice people. Will be back next year.
