We stayed at Plaza Mar for two weeks in April 2004 this was our 5th time to pv and I have to say this was the best location and the nicest condo we have stayed in. You do not need an all inclusive in pv there are too many good restaurants that are quite reasonable to do an all inclusive. Plaza mar are privately owned condos that you can rent on line through vacation rentals.com. There is a small roof top heated pool, washers and dryers on the roof, and everything you need is close by. We are going back in November. GREAT

Condominio Plazamar is a building in the old section of Vallarta, away from the commercial hotel zone, located on the beach. The condos are privately owned and management/maintenance is top notch. 24/7 security, underground parking, laundry, cable TV, pool on the roof and housekeeping service. Downtown and the best shops and restaurants ae all within walking distance. Highly recommended. For more information go to .
