Excellent location; great service.
This is a great hotel. We were there for 5 nights and booked on the Club Rotana level (which is money well spent). The service was outstanding and we enjoyed the host of benefits that they offer on the Club level that aren’t mentioned on the web (like the free airport shuttle taxi service). We also enjoyed the shuttle to the Mall of the Emirates, the restaurants in the hotel, and the snacks and happy hour in the Club Room. We would stay there again and will recommend it to others.

Good value for money
The hotel is very well located and has easy access to taxi which can be a real hassle in Dubai. Good price/value relation in a city were hotel costs can be crazy expensive

Delivered what it said on the label
Arriving late from the airport the reception delivered a profesional service along with the room service. Breakfast the following morning maintained the same and left me delighted with my choice. My thanks.
