No hard and fast rule as far as I can see. In theory, it is all inclusive, including tips, but having said that, the folks that work at the resorts work like dogs for the most part. Sadly, they work hard but get paid little. I have no problem tipping for good service - and from my limited experience it seems as though they appreciate it and will usually respond by trying to go the extra mile for you.
