What is the dress code at the restaurants?

At other resorts the men have been turned away wearing sandals at supper, do they need close toed shoes?

Do the men need to wear long pants?

Can the women wear plain flip flop sandals?

We are leaving on the 30th from Charlottetown on Sunwing, is there Duty Free available on the plane?

at the buffet men can wear sandles but this resort really does have some class restaurants for the alacate. Yes men need long pants and close toed shoes...us women can wear flip flops with our skirt or pants...but why would you want to really? The Italian is especially nice...I loved dressing up to go there...the mexican while open air...is also a lovely evening.

We have been to the oasis in La Romana twice....and have to say that next to catalonia bavaro..it has the nicest alacarte restaurants

We went to Italian and Mexican. I saw people in shorts and open beach shoes, training pants. They were let in.

They were not strict in the dress code at any a la carte, the front desk reccomends long pants and close toed shoes for the men at the italian.
