we wanted advice on a good, clean hotel in the 100-150.00 range near the above location. My daughter is writing an exam at that location. We want a clean spacious hotel with Wireless internet, pool and exercise equipment and breakfast included. and no issues with noise. We will have a vehicle, but am not familiar with Buffalo. What area should I be looking in?

After the exam, we are staying another day and would like to go shopping. My daughter loves clothes and shoes. Where would be good shopping with good prices? Any suggestions for good food for healthy appetites?

Thanks

Given your needs & budget, your best bet would be the Lord Amherst (www.lordamherst.com), at 5000 Main Street -- right across from the test site. It seems to have all the things you're looking for. Not sure the continental breakfast is included in the price, but I think it is. They also have an on-site restaurant for lunch and dinner (Sonoma Grille); I just had lunch there the other day, and it was out of this world (though a tad expensive).

The Lord Amherst is just blocks away from the center of the Village of Williamsville, a lovely, walkable area with many shops & restaurants. What kinds of food do you like?

You can also take a short drive to Niagara Falls Blvd. to shop at the Boulevard Mall, T.J. Maxx, DSW Shoe Warehouse, Target, etc.

The Hampton Inn on Main is very nice as well and a few blocks away...I would recommned the Eagle House for lunch on Main. Not expensive and very charming....

Hampton was my first thought, but I don't think they have anything for $150. You might give it a try, though.
