dear frosty this looks a nice hotel and the reviews say its clean good food ok the downside a lot of spanish pensioners this hotel voten 13th out of 102 hotels buy reviews so you go and enjoy your holiday

hard to say but its 4star and you not going to be in there every day we go 5 september to a differant hotel and our reveiews doesnt say anything i think it should be quite quiet as the british children go back to school try to look at differant review sights like last year september and then you will get better idea ill try to get some info

We are staying there 28 July for 2 weeks.We are 6 adults and 7 kids.

I guess from what I read that if you want typical brits on tour, lager round the pool all day, then perhaps the Eurosalou isnt that sort of place.

Heaven forbid there mghht even be some non brits staying there..... argghh how will we cope !! Just kidding, we are looking forward to not having to listen to lagered up hooligans round the pool all day !

Dont get me wrong, we like a drink and our kids arent all angels, but some spanish hotels are worse than Blackpool with sunshine.

The reviews are all ok if you ask me.

I shall report back on my return.

Hi frosty87 myself and my boyfriend were booked in for this hotel for our holiday this sept untill i swapped it for the Dorada palace Hotel. Just like you i was worried after reading the bad reviews about Hotel Eurosalou and noticed that alot of the complaints were still being vented by people who had stayed there from 2005 up to the present day. even though i was excited about going on holiday it was imediately followed by worry about that hotel. So i rang up first choice and they swapped us to the hotel of our choice note*( you do pay £20 per person admin fee to do this)and although we have chosen to go Self Catering im feel alt happier with our new choice of accomodation and if you read the reviews for this hotel its good from 2005 right up to now. To change you accomodation/destination you have tyo have 56 days or more left before yougo otherwise you can change it. Be warned though should you decide to change it, when you ring First Choice make sure that the agent you speak to tells you its £20 admin fee(which it is) and not £35 which one tried to rip me off with. I too decided not to stay at Europa and chouse Salauris Palace. Even though Europa is $45.00 cheaper for us, I've read a review stating that their is a construction of some sort going on outside...bla-bla. My husband and I like to sleep in and need our peace. Since it's our honeymoon, we want the room to have a nice view, apparently Palace is very accommodating. We are going at the beginning of October.

Good luck and hope you have a blast. Btw, we are not British...lol Though, we like to party with Brits, most are very fun and outgoing :)

omg now im really worried but we kinda got it cheap and havent got alot of money really to change hotels we are young so as long as food not to bad we can cope and i dnt think we have 56 days before we go because we go on the 12th sept bloody hell now im worried

Firstly, there hasnt been a response to your original post before today for one whole month !

Secondly, AmyDevon hasnt even stayed there.... she/he has swapped hotels and therefore doesnt know what Eurosalou is like.

Thirdly, Polie76 seems to be mixing Eurosalou hotel up with a completely different one !!

I have been checking out a Salou forum similar to this one and there is a poster on there who has recently returned from EuroSalou and immediately re-booked to go back straight away.

That says something I think.

We go on monday for 2 weeks, I will report back on our return.
