Anyone know if this really exist?

I can't find a review or even a picture. But I can reserve a room for $195 a night all included. Its web site says it was built in 2007, has anyone stayed there or have any info?

I thinks its pretty new--- I live in the area, and my husband and I just noticed it a couple of weeks ago when we were waiting at a redlight next to it. The building itself looked relatively new(could have been built in 2007), but the hotel did not look open yet. It's convenient to the subway system.
