With (I assume) three women, the big win for the Signature will be multiple bathrooms. If you haven't already, check out www.vrbo.com for owner rentals there. If you have picky or "big" eaters, the kitchen will also save you money and aggravation. The individual tower swimming pools may also be less crowded and a bit quieter.

The advantage of MGM Grand would be that it is (somewhat) closer to the action and you'll have a more typical Las Vegas experience there. On the other hand, with two teenage girls, you might not want to be too close to the action.
