Just a word of caution --- If you are seeking a place to have your "fun" on the beach, be aware that almost everything that involves public nudity (including public urination) is considered a S E X crime in the state of GA. So if a cop who is having a bad day catches you, or a family reorts you, you will be charged the same as someone who has just molested a child. You will be on the national offender registry for life, which will complicate your career and where you can/can not live in the future. So, my advice is to handle your business in your hotel room, but if you must do it in public, be aware of the consequences.

It is a small island. ALL of the beach is public and people walk all over it. If you want privacy for your "fun," I suggest that you look elsewhere or plan to stay indoors.

well....i get it ...we were down at a beach in florida and it was voted #1 for honey mooners and it was very private...It was so private that I actually called the cops and asked them if it was safe for a couple to out and about all alone...they told me oit was safe and not to worry...i guess tybee is not as small and private as i thought...plus i guess the rules change from state to state....i get the message ....thanks for taking the time to answer.

You may have better luck on one of the SC or GA barrier Islands (Dafuskie, Jekyl, Cumberland).

Yes, very doable on Cumberland! There's no one around. Just know that the fisherman on the shrimp boats have binoculars.
