We're looking for an affordable furnished apartment to rent for 3 weeks in Tokyo in August (total budget for the accommodation is 100,000Y).

Any recommendations on where to look online and on good locations in Tokyo?

We're looking for something affordable, in safe/good area, and relatively convenient to get to from (Haneda and Narita). I'm flying in from Haneda airport and my friend is flying in from Narita.
