who did you book with and when are you going we are going in june hope not to be moved

Hi forest, Im booked to stay at Three Corners in four weeks.I will also be p***ed off if requested to move. Kiroseiz reviews not too good. We have already changed hotels since our original hotel was part of The Red Sea Hotels group that Thomas Cook {in their wisdom} dropped. I made original booking Oct 07. When are you due to travel. I'm booked to fly on the 28th June, although our holiday as been booked since the beginning of January.

I've also checked the reviews on the Kiroseiz and 9 out of 10 are all bad whereas the George sounds excellent.

can i ask who you booked with and who is your operator once there? Ive just booked for end of oct and will be really peeed off if the same thing happens. Having read other post about this it mainly seems to be thomas cook ! Good luck and stand your ground unless they want to upgrade you to the hilton !!!

Haha, thats exactly what we said!! - Definately going to stand our ground. My partner booked it and she will definately not let it slip easily!

We booked with a company called - Sunsave, I believe they have now changed hands though. We paid for the holiday immediately because of the price we got.

We stayed at the Tropicana Garden Palms last year and this was next door to the 3 Corners Kiroseiz. We went in there a couple of times as they have a bank there. Just to let you know, it looked very nice and people we spoke to like it very much and said that they had a good time and had no complaints.

Just wanted to let you know this in case you can't do anything about changing to a hotel of your choice and are stuck with that or nothing - go, I'm sure you'll still have a lovely time! But give em hell first!

Thanks!!! Been feeling really down all day. Got a fax through from the company offering us various hotels as alternatives but they all are really poor in comparison, and worse of all they not even in Sharm.....

Just so annoying that we booked in January, and they only just decide to let us know. Its ridicolous.

Really worried too as we have booked with going places who now merged with Thomas cook heard of loads of problems and we are going on the 1 st of June to the saint George 3 corners.

Booked this 12 month ago and as this was my suggestion will feel so guilty if we get moved to a bad hotel we booked for a group of 15. Is there anything i can do if they try to move us?

Basically just try and stand your ground!! I'm still waiting to hear what they say to us. They will try to offer alternative accomodation but we have refused at the moment saying why should we move when its all paid for and confirmed since January this year. Its there cock up, they should sort it out for us.

I was told 3 weeks ago that they had over booked us in the st goerges and offered us the kiroseiz instead, we have decided to take there offer as reviews are very mixed, and the other hotels that i wanted to booked could be booked but at an additional cost of several hundred pounds, which this late in the day i would rather use the money to eat out if that's the worst problem there.

when are you flying out we go in 13 days NOT THAT I'M COUNTING.
