I know that it's cheaper for wines, spirits etc to wait till you land in Dubai. But does anyone know if champagne is cheaper as for the last few years we've got 3 for 2 on departure so was wondering if would be best sticking with that deal or wait and just see what prices were like on landing.

Thanks

I would also be interested in the replies you get to this as I already have a fair idea of prices for wine, liquor at Dubai duty free. I would like to know roughly the price of Champagne or how much cheaper it would be to buy example Moet, Veuve cliquot compared to here.

Hopefully someone will be along to help out soon!

I might just be able to help - We too were interested in the prices as I know you can usually get 2 for £30 at Heathrow, so I sent an email to customer services at Dubai. On the whole it did not appear to be that much cheaper, Lanson / Moet £18 each Val du Roy £17 and then the prices went up from there. IMO I would buy it at Heathrow if they have a deal on and then you know you have got it.

Oh buy the way Krug was £85.

Have great trip
